How often should I get my windows cleaned?

We offer the option of 4 and 8 weekly cleaning. The majority of our customers go with the classic 4 weekly. If you live in an area with less passing traffic, not near tress and other foliage then a 8 weekly clean could do the job just fine. in the end anything is better than nothing. A regular clean helps protect your glass and frames, makes the place a little brighter and has a positive impact on the look of the place.

Do I need to be in?

Nope. As long as we have access to your windows we will crack on. You will receive a text message the night before to remind you to leave your side gate unlocked. We will get the clean done and make sure your gate is shut.

How do I pay?

We use a third party payment company called Gocardless. When you sign up for a clean you will be asked to fill out your banking details. We never see these details it's all handled by them. You pay nothing up front. We make a request for the payment after every clean. You get an email letting you know we have made a request.

Will I know when you are coming?

You certainly will. We drop you a WhatsApp message the night before we are coming.  

What if it rains?

We are not made of sugar. We will carry on cleaning in "normal" rainy conditions. Our Pure water system can clean perfectly in the rain leaving no streaks on your windows. The idea of a window clean is to maintain the condition and cleanliness of the window. If we stopped every time it rained Essex would have even more dirty windows. If its looking like a storm is brewing or its just clearly too bad then we will rearrange. We will just use some of that good old common sense.  

What do you actually clean?

As a rule we always clean all external window surfaces, frames and sills. We will also wipe down your front and back doors and give your front porch or immediate area around the front door a courtesy clean of any fallen leaves and litter. We will treat your home like our own.  

Can you do the insides and other types of cleaning?

You bet we can. Your normal clean will just be external but drop us a message if you want the insides doing and we can get that arranged. We can also clean the Fascia/soffits and gutters around your home. Again let us know. As a window cleaning customer you will get good deals on these services.  

What kind of equipment do you use?

All window cleaners get a bit too excited with this bit. Our go to option is an extending pole system. Tap water goes through a lot of filters that are all plumbed into our van. The water ends up being the purest it can be, 000ppm. It is stripped of all the bad bits that leave those hard water marks on your windows. This water is pumped up the pole and out through a specially designed brush that cleans your windows to a really good standard. We also love to use the traditional methods when it's needed. So a squeegee and mop are also tools you will see us using.
